Is there a tool that allow users to mint an NFT no matter if they have bridged gas token to that NFT chain?

I'm trying to choose what network best to use (Base,OP,Zora..), and realize users shouldn't care. Minting app should help them mint with any gas token they already have

If you use a task manager app, did you ever complete a task you never listed, then listed it to just immediately mark it as complete?
