I've been crocheting most of my life, off and on. I've been knitting for about 15 yearsish I think. Mostly I use it to make things that are useful for my family; clothes, blankets, hats, gloves, scarves, etc.

She has taken it pretty well, tbh. I thought she may be a little more annoyed by it. She's not best pleased, but she isn't trying to remove it either, so I'll take it. Whatever keeps her warm and healthy.

It's fucking cold here in northern England. Our 16 Yr old cat Persephone had to have a scan and had her while belly and one side shaved. So I made her a jumper to keep her warm whilst her fur grows back. I prefer knitting, but #crochet is quicker and I wanted this done fast. Pattern in comments.
