Although the video is dark, it shows Julio Sosa-Celis drop the shovel as Alfredo Aljorna approached. When Aljorna slipped, an ICE agent jumped on him.

You’re right. I conflated the St. Paul field office with the state. It’s 150 for the office, which does work across the Midwest.
Though in this filing it does specifically say 500 in the Twin Cities.
The normal DHS footprint in Minnesota is 150 federal officers.
On February 25, officials said in a court filing that there would be “approximately 300 agents on detail to the St. Paul Field Office by March 2026.”
Hard to confirm actual numbers, besides these court filings.
