A graphic which says "Laurel announces $100M Series C" and then has logos of three venture capitalists, and the text $100M is bold.

I started at this company 1,674 days ago. It's been a wild ride, with lots of ups and down, but I am still constantly motivated by our mission to return time. Time is finite. We waste it constantly. Lets help people use it well and then go play.

AI customer support is so bad. So many companies are firing their account managers and replacing them with terrible chat bots. I don't mind it for consumer stuff, but for enterprise saas, it's wild to see. I pay you tens of thousands of dollars and I can't talk to a human? Blargh.

Lol you're not wrong. I do love them, but mostly because of the insane social contract and history that exists in timezones. Tzdb is a monument in computer science.
