Cub’s shingles is well in healing phase and we seem to have caught it early enough to avoid long term issues.

Sadly I caught a bug that’s kept me from the gym or anything fun. Been resting and trying to find my way back to me.

Stand by using negative space. I also thought this was a nice way to incorporate it with limited time.

I wish I could have done more but I don’t always have the time or skill.

The stands are peak but Joseph’s Joestar will forever be my JoJo.

I left gym early and I’m likely to sleep a lot again. I had a huge dom drop after, and now a crisis mode drop back to back.

But the boys kept me steady. Even when I lost my way a few times.
