Overwolf's SDK, bundled with both apps, logs your FFXIV session token in plaintext to a file any program on your PC can read. A malicious app running as your user can silently steal them and log in.

Yeah I fully agree. But my point was that even for MSQ characters or organization they tend to forget them once we're done. I'd love to see Alexandrian coming to help with their tech if that makes sense, but I'm sure they won't.
That's very true, but that won't be enough until they're used in MSQ in some sort of capacity. Background npc in events are good, but if they don't show up in the story (when it makes sense for them to, ofc) the world will still feel fake.
Still not dead, but still no inspiration to screenshot anything these days. As much as I like Dawntrail, I really hope 8.0 will bring enough content to bridge the 4 months patch gaps, because hell I have really nothing remotely interesting to do in game. (Also, Pokopia is a drug.)

Reshade can be a huge drain. But overall, MMOs are more demanding from your CPU than your GPU, especially in populated zones, and FFXIV isn't necessarily the most optimized online game ever.

You're gonna have 1 item named "dyes" and when you apply it to an item you'll have to choose which dye to use in the palette.
But it will be one item in your bag.
(In reality 3, defined by the first slide, and the "green quality" dyes will stay separated).
