This was my honor and privilege @sifill.bsky.social - thank you so much for your candor and care.
Thank YOU Nicolle! So appreciate you for having me on.
This was one of the best podcasts I have listened to in a while. Nicole does a great job. Sherrilyn Ifill is so well spoken and explained the law so eloquently in this podcast about our democracy today and where we are going. There is hope! Thanks @nicollewallace.bsky.social, @sifill.bsky.social
Thank you.
LOL! Last time I try to correct a cuss word!
LOL!
Thank you!
@nicollewallace.bsky.social your podcast episode with @sifill.bsky.social was superb. She speaks with great wisdom and clarity. Millions of Americans need to attend classes with Ms Ifill as the lecturer.
Thank you!
This is a snapshot of the failure of MSM and the concomitant ignorance within the American electorate about what is happening in and to their country.
LISTEN. @nicollewallace.bsky.social had me on her excellent podcast for a candid conversation about how we got here and the opportunity facing us. I really respect her journey and her willingness to have these conversations.

This is exactly right. It’s not a dilemma though. It’s a line in the sand that will at once once collapse what remains of the rule of law and regulatory infrastructure designed to protect the public.
This piece begins with Amity Shlaes' most common and most deceitful trick -- citing the unemployment numbers in 1938, when the country fell into a recession because FDR had been persuaded to *ease off* the New Deal, as proof that the New Deal didn't work.
Pure hackery.
*ass
Yeah cause it’s the kind of thing you propose building to appease the ego of a narcissistic leader whose army just got its asked kicked by a Black military general (Touissant L’Overture) and Black enslaved people who ran your troops off their island.
It’s a monument to ego and defeat. Perfect.
Palantir's ImmigrationOS endangers democracy and the rule of law, according to a new law review paper from Fordham Law School’s Chinmayi Sharma and Sam Adler. In this week’s podcast, they break down the risks of AI-powered surveillance in immigration enforcement.
Biting Carlo’s knuckles as Carlo tries desperately to hold on to the gate. “And if you touch my sister again, I’ll kill ya!” Whew!
No way….
Trump didn’t create it. Over decades “we” have allowed the Supreme Court to become what it is.
Not a dime of taxpayer money or govt contracts should go to Palantir.
This earns a follow.
So awful. Praying for these children. They should know that their Mom was a strong & courageous woman who fought for them.
“That Rümeysa felt she had to return to Turkey to escape the shadow of state violence says everything you need to know about the state of free speech and academic freedom in this country,” said Ramya Krishnan, an attorney at the Knight First Amendment Institute. www.bostonglobe.com/2026/04/17/m...
The @nytimes.com reporting reveals more about the dysfunction and poor leadership at the Supreme Court. These revelations underscore the brilliant observations of @mjsdc.bsky.social , @audrelawdamercy.blacksky.app , and @nanagyamfi.bsky.social at our 14th Amendment Ctr symposium last week.
Over 30 years now.
