Yeah it's worse for Hazbin merch. But I mean when they acknowledged the resellers it was in a video about Helluva Boss merch. If I remember right it was re-releasing some old stuff to combat resellers. Something they probably can't do with Hazbin.
I think Spindlehorse made a mistake in showing the fans they are aware of the resellers cause now they expect them to go above and beyond in trying to combat them. Plus, it was in re: to Shark Robot merch not Hazbin merch. I doubt they have as much control there.
Like, again, I understand being upset. And I understand expressing disappointment. But expecting Spindlehorse to change the way they do their merch when it's the way most franchises do their merch is when it becomes entitled.
The merch collecting community can be very entitled. Either you'll want it enough to buy it secondhand at inflated prices or you need to learn to let it go. Life will not end if there's a card you can't get.
I understand being upset about con exclusives but man people are REAL pissy in the comments of the lvlup merch announcements.
I don't know why people wanna blame Spindlehorse for the actions of resellers when they're not really doing anything new or different as far as merch exclusives go.
