Normal art I often end up tweeking and adjusting ad nauseam even tho I know I should be consciously learning to get better at initial sketches instead

I've wondered this before & thought to myself how weirdly new/a young person's thing this seems. e.g. imagine a grandma with a blue wolf she made up 70 years ago & wants you to have. What if instead of old furniture or china sets you got the "family OCs" passed down through the generations lol
