Agree on Sinners. I didn't get the love for it. These are some good ones in and around 2025 I enjoyed:

The greatest trilogy of all time. The double life of veronique also a must watch. Think you may like Pawlikowski too. 'Cold War' is a great film.

I really hate it when scientists keep saying that โ€œwe need to rebuild trust in science,โ€ because it implies that scientists are to blame for the mistrust rather than the millions of dollars of dark money that have funded political attacks on science in order to advance a far right agenda.

His legacy was exactly this though. He's not a Prem level manager. This just confirmed it.

Nigel Farage 'stunned' ex-Wales Reform leader Nathan Gill took bribes Nathan Gill has admitted taking money for pro-Russian statements as a European Parliament member.

Everything he's reported to have said in this BBC piece sounds like he's desperately trying to distance himself, knowing that the connection is real and toxic. If the press were investigating Farage with the same enthusiasm they went for Rayner, he'd be done for.

'One Battle After Another'

= possibly a 10 out of 10 film. If not, close to it.

Paul Thomas Anderson will go down as one of the great American filmmakers.

Ha. I disagree with most people about Aliens mate. I'm in the minority. If you know my stance on union ownership of sports teams you'll know I think it's unhinged and abhorrent.

As long as Cardiff are run by a Union, I hope they lose every single game. Or draw 0-0 against other union owned teams.

Sgt Peppers album cover consisting of things that only made it because of immigration in to the UK, either immigrants themselves, the children of or as a result of someone else coming here.

Farage wanting to kick people out of the country because they migrated here made me angry and made me think about which best of British people and things wouldn't have happened were it not for the brilliance of immigration to the UK.
