Made a penguin staff twirling motor task. Most of the time, the staff is actually in free spin, and not being held (see slow-mo segment). It's also not animated - it uses real physics (see end). 🐧

Honestly, AI slop PRs are becoming increasingly draining and demoralizing for #Godot maintainers.

Some shader work I did this past week. Wanted to create a paint splitting effect for the wood in the scene. Think it came out pretty nice, but might make a few more tweaks later down the line 😊
With the state of the creative industries it’s bit confusing to see people get pissed at something being made. I for one am glad people get a chance to make something and use their skills even if what they make is not for me. Better that than seeing more job losses in the arts.

I'm curious how countries become associated with colors not in their flag. Like Netherlands and that bright orange and Australia with that pretty green. I know everybody is some flavor of red/white/blue and distinction is nice but why those colors for those countries specifically?
