Thank you! I will use the second option that you provided in the email (will be away today and tomorrow, but plan to do it on Wednesday).
In the meantime, just one more question pls.: I recently started some blogging with leaflet.pub - these posts should also be carried over by the migration, right?
Hi LeafPlaza team, I am an EU citizen (German) living in Japan, and interested in moving my data to your EU-based PDS server. Can I do that, or is your service only open to EU residents?
(if yes, follow-up question: does LeafPlaza support using one's own domain name as a handle?).
Thanks in advance.

Happy weekend from Japan! After 3 weeks of travelogue, back to regular programming. 😇

Cheers man, same to you! 👊
I wrote up a countdown of all 24 James Bond movie theme songs so far, ranked by my personal preference. There are much more possibilities to rank 24 songs than there are people on the planet, so I wouldn't expect anyone to agree. 😅

#JP06 2006-04-17 - Last Day
Early on day 22 of my first #Japan trip in 2006, I am the only foreigner on a domestic flight from Fukuoka to #Tokyo. Wandering around Shimbashi, Asakusa & Ginza before enjoying my hotel's views.

Oh sorry, so religion and politics should be separate? Is that what you're saying? bsky.app/profile/atru...
@leaflet.pub My main Q atm (and sorry for probably looking at this too CMS-based): Is there a way to have a “homepage” with navigation to subsets of Leaflet content (e.g. Portfolio, Blog, Services, Contact), or would I need to code (and host somewhere) a static page that filters leaflets by tags?
A white garment with some kind of food stain. Humiliating.
A pair of dirty hands rest on a car engine. Rough, tough, cool.
Here is an easy solution:
Food stains are humiliating, as they suggest you're a little baby who can't feed themselves.
Oil stains, such as those you'd get from working on your car, suggest you're tough, independent, and skilled.
Thus, simply cover your food stains with used motor oil.

In the morning of day 21 of my first #Japan trip in 2006, I took the Shinkansen from Hiroshima to #Fukuoka. I spent most of the day around the Kawabata area, at Canal City Hakata and along the Naka River.

Those would be awesome additions! 🙌
Still doing some testing with @leaflet.pub, this time checking out how using it to post photography would work. (I'd like to vastly simplify my website / online publishing & sharing approach if possible).

Day 20 of my first #Japan trip in 2006 was a very rainy one. I took the ferry from #Hiroshima to #Miyajima where I saw Itsukushima Shrine with its famous "floating" torii gate. I felt sad about having to leave soon.

Something totally different today: testing @leaflet.pub as a blogging tool (and loving it so far!). I'll mostly use it to archive notes, bits and thoughts all over the place, but you are welcome to read along. This first post is a text I wrote about 8 years ago.

I know from experience that leaving Substack has a cost. No other platform is as *easy* to get up and running, any time you change platforms, you're going to get significant churn. But, my friends who are on Substack--I don't think it will get easier to leave, might as well do it now.

On day 19 of my first #Japan trip in 2006, after breakfast at the Ryokan, I went back to Okayama and then by Shinkansen to #Hiroshima. Seeing the A-Bomb Dome and the Peace Memorial Museum left a lasting impression. 🕊️

Apologies - I just noticed that a weird autocorrect happened in the ALT text for the third image - it's the historic Bikan district (not "Bikini"). 🙌

Day 14 of my first #Japan trip in 2006, the last day in #Kyoto, started with a quick look down Kyoto Tower (my hotel gave a free ticket). Then onwards to Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion) and Ninenzaka in Higashiyama.
