Yeah, he doesn’t care. It is time to stop playing nice. Or — wave goodbye to all of the federal government except the military and let the states fund and fend for themselves. But at that point all the impoverished red states will whine “no fair”.

We are calling for a nationwide and international boycott of all Elon Musk-related products and services. Sell your Tesla shares, avoid buying Tesla vehicles, cancel Starlink, and delete your X accounts.

How a Canadian scientist and a venomous lizard helped pave the way for Ozempic - National | Globalnews.ca In 1984, Dr. Daniel Drucker, an endocrinologist from the University of Toronto, discovered a hormone that helped pave the way for popular diabetes drugs such as Ozempic.

This is the most relevant article to NIH and research cuts I’ve seen.

Imagine if this was today , how many people would be saying “Why are we studying Gila Monsters and their impact on diabetes ? That’s wasted money !”

This old man can’t climb trees like he used to, or walk around much, so we lifted him up so he could experience the height and feel the wind from up high in his favorite oak tree. Licky Licky Bitey forever. #cats

Orange kitty in his ark during this absolute deluge of Skywater tonight in Davis. I have walked around looking for roof leaks - it’s that much water. He still wants to be outside — but he has an electric heating pad so he’s fine. #cats #rain #skywater

A swallowtail butterfly caterpillar feeding on fennel. The horn like things protruding from the head are osmeteria. They pop those out when threatened but are also scent glands.#caterpillar #butterfly

Yellow jackets have been awful this year. I’ve put out traps and they help. But after my son and I got stung I’ve resorted to extreme measures. I put the pheromone solution on flagstone rock and smack them as they fly up. Not the smartest maneuver but it is embarrassingly satisfying. #yellowjackets
