I’m glad I rejected political science, diplomat track, for my bachelor. Doing part-time tasks for the embassy is full of joy and learning but definitely not my way.
Anyhow, 2025 is full of life exploration and talent discovery. I’m so happy and this year 💝
Vividly remember how easy it was to reject all PhD offers and return to clinical path. I simply prefer sitting in front of my patients and stressing my brain in therapy, but not before the screen to do computation.
Now all data output turns into real value, like my patient’s smile.

คิดว่าแต่งงานยังไงก็คงมี "ค่าใช้จ่าย" มาก แต่อยากมีลูก 1-2 คน คิดเรื่องการเป็นแม่เลี้ยงเดี่ยวไว้ แฮปปี้มากที่ครอบครัวโอเคกับแนวความคิดนี้ ถ้าจะมีก็ขอขีดเส้นที่ 35 ปี (ให้เวลาตัวเอง 7 ปี) มาดูกัน !
จบการ contemplate ชีวิตในแอคที่ไม่มีใครรู้จักเรา
ความสุขในวัยนี้เหมือนตอน 20 ปี คือ
- ตัวเองและครอบครัวสุขภาพดี
- เพื่อนดีและมีความสุข
- คนไข้ดีขึ้นและมีความสุขที่เจอเรา
(- มีรายได้เลี้ยงดูตัวเองได้)
ข้อดีของการเก่งในกระดาษและถูกปรบมือให้มาทั้งชีวิตคือการเรียนรู้ว่า มันทำให้เรามั่นใจและภาคภูมิใจในตนเอง แต่ไม่มีอะไรในนั้นการันตีความสุขได้เลย มีแค่ self-trust & relationship (+ sufficient finance) จริง ๆ
