Fascinating! Had you been involved with racing before this?

I was unaware of these books until recently. I have managed to track down the unfortunately named RaceWarrior series… was there any connection?
I love this so much! CLZ has surprisingly little info on these books
Nothing says high-octane storytelling like a... *checks notes* NASCAR comic with a hologram sticker of a car slapped on the cover.
Remember the movie Running Scared? No? Well, its DVD received the only comic published by New Line Home Entertainment in 2007.

Proof that 90s comic collecting had zero chill. This is NOT a comic… it’s actually a sealed envelope full of laminated art cards.
#Punisher #1990s
Signed? Check. Gold prismatic foil? Check. Questionable 90s excess? Big ol’ check.

New episode! This week we're looking at Storm Hawks, a short-lived animated series and toyline from the late 2000s. We're looking at the mini-comic that came with its DVDs, as well as discussing what we've dubbed "Schrödinger's Comic."

Feed me, Seymour… feed me weird licensed comics! DC’s Little Shop of Horrors adaptation is just as weird and fun as you’d hope. It *does* use the theatrical ending though.

We have the best friends in show business. Thanks @tencenttakes.bsky.social for this treasure box — Star Wars, Willow, both Spawn volumes, and the Fleischer Superman collection. That lenticular cover Spawn VHS is doing something to us. 📼✨

Kicking off #minicomicmonday with Storm Hawks. It came bundled with the show’s first DVD… small comic, big “please watch our show” energy.

Direct quote from my wife when she found this at an antique fair: "This title speaks to me."

Ahahahahahaha amazing
Don’t send help.
I am haunted by overpriced ghosts of episodes past
New episode! This week’s #DollarBinDiscovery theme is Snacktastic, where comics and junk food collide in the most 90s way possible.

Found a grail yesterday…
And then there were four different foil cover versions: Silver, gold, blue, and prismatic. I snagged these slabs for $10 each.
There were also two different ashcan editions, but I forgot about the when I was taking photos
Ok, so Legacy 0 technically came with *six* variants/gimmicks. It had two card versions: You could buy them as booster packs or just pick up the binder set
New episode! This week we're plugging into Cyborg! Based on the Jean-Claude Van Damme movie, Cannon video made this freebie to hype the movie's VHS release.
The comic tries to make the movie seem cool, but neither comes out looking great.

Genuinely awful through and through
A few years ago, Quantum & Woody did a "Most Variant Cover of All Time" that had a ton of gimmicks thrown onto it as a super rare retailer incentive.
That said: The most variants/gimmicks I've ever seen when it comes to a single issue? Legacy #0.
New episode! This week, we’re celebrating Women’s History Month with some “Wonderful Women” comics! Jessika checked out the indie sci-fi adventure The Adventures of Theown, while Mike read Xena: Warrior Princess: Bloodlines!

New episode! This week we’re headed to the future with Trekker (1987), Ron Randall’s gritty sci-fi series. Spoiler: We loved this dystopian space opera series and its star, Mercy St. Clair.

Oh we loved Cheer Up!
The hardest pass on hearing about Chuck Dixon ever again.
