It definitely improved things. We seemed to be trying to pass through the lines and no one managed and to slow in the build up meant we couldn't go down the wings. Griffith moved the ball quicker in the 2nd half giving more width.

He needs time and a lot of it. So much change in the club will take time to get on track. Even if we go down I would stick with him. I think he has something.
