yep - i remember the cane at primary school...

the main disciplinarian - mr wenski - he named his canes: samurai 1, then samurai 2 - cos he broke samurai 1 on one kid!

unreal to think violence by adults on primary aged kids was "normal"

he was actually really popular too - different times i guess

side note to your side note - some of our teachers (70's/80's) took a more direct approach ie. hurling either the chalk or the duster @ their chosen target - and some were freakishly accurate :) ahh, the "good old days"

you expect trump to be a bully / cock. so for me the cowardice of the large media co's is more repellent.

And to commit to reversing the damaging polices that the CoC have brought in.

Shouldn't that be +19 for Ardern?

that was based on info from 1/4 of their members, so the actual no's are much higher.

as someone who works in this sector, it is brutal right now i.e. budgets cut, numerous projects cancelled, no replacement pipeline (announcements don't count), restructures at most firms - large and small.

FFS you just have to compare there respective bios to know the 3 are wholly qualified for the role, whereas this Crump clown clearly is not.

Fuck Potaka and the CoC.

your average punter doesn't even know what they are reading the basis of the studies, the limitations, or further work that still needs to be done.

I hear you.

But what would a succinct response to his bullshit line look like?

"Why don't you support equal rights for everyone?"

Because it's a deliberate trap.

Yeah I did ponder that as well - but looking at the current Board incl Acting Chair i.e. all Doctors, so their appointment makes sense.

Whereas this appointment, not so much...

prob true as inf is designed for a certain load - and intensification often means inf upgrades.

however because this will cost $$$ - developers will often try and get "someone else" to pay ie. council / ratepayers - which imo isn't right.

yep did that after a mall carpark issued a "ticket", when they had shitty unclear signs + empty carpark + over the top fee.

Harrisons.
SolarGroup.
AvidSolar - We went with them in the end.
Responsive, professional, good advice.
Through professional quote - and best price per kw.
Turned up when they said they would - professional on site, tidy job.
System works well - happy customers.

Ye[p we had quotes from 3 - incl Harrisons.
Panels and inverters offered were similar - as were warranties.
Payback periods also similar.
Cost per/kW - there was quite a range - so I recommend you check this.
Customer reviews sealed the deal for us - and it wasn't Harrisons who won the tender.
