i write plenty of music for chordioid and other stuff of course but it's very different from writing a Song. i never know how to get started with those, let alone a whole album

i should try and write some regular goddamn songs sometime. i've been finally getting to a point where i can actually tolerate my own lyricism but i haven't put it to use to try and write, like, an EP or an album or something

i listened to part of it at launch but wasnt in the right headspace for it. now though it's hit me like a brick and i will be sobbing to it an undisclosed number of times in the future
