The point of view shifts to outside the box. It shows Theo looking down at the box, though the viewer still does not know what Theo is looking at. He says “My first…”
Finally, the point of view shifts again to what’s in his hand. He holds an absorbent undergarment from a brand called “Deepends”, which is clearly not a riff on an already existing brand. Below his hands, the contents of the box are visible. Inside was a pack of “Deepends” absorbable underwear with a rather attractive looking male wolf on the packaging. Theo finally says “…diaper”.
