general, and it's also it's inevitable with any large project involving many people. I think it would still happen if you had more budget than you needed, but of course some companies are also just plain scummy.
I guess the lesson is don't idealize any job too much. It's great to have dreams and

obviously some are much better/worse than others, but I'm just sayin' I've heard 'bad employment' stories about every animation studio, including fan-favourite ones that people feel like they "know". Top of my bucket list of animals to see- the great crested newt. They live across northern Europe into Russia, but they are rare in the UK. They're bigger than our common smooth newts, and the males turn into cool little Godzillas in breeding season.
