Just finished the story of #BeastBreaker and. Holy mother of all that is good this may be my new favorite game of all time.

The characters, the queer rep, the combat, the music, the story, the art style, just. EVERYTHING about this game is wonderful and I applaud the folks at Vodeo Games for it!

Gotcha! Sorry, I just know that some developers still tie things to framerate and it's just a personal pet peeve is all.

As a matter of good practice, I'd recommend not tying anything to framerate if at all possible. Tthose with high end PCs will have the game speed up to unplayable levels, and players with low end PCs will see everything slow to a crawl.
