- There are also subsects of each element. And ways to combine them in spells. For example, one could use fire and earth magic to make lava. Think Doodle God levels of getting creative. These are EXTREMELY difficult to master, though.

- Select few water witches are descendants of the Moon Witch. Darya is one of them. These descendants are born with healing (life) magic as well.
- Select few fire witches are descendants of the Sun Witch. These descendants are born with death magic.

The basics:
- Each witch is born with an innate ability for one element (fire, water, earth, air)
- They can learn magic from all elements. Any magic that isn't their element is harder to master. The element opposite their own is hardest
