According to Indystar's homicide tracker, by this date last year we had 47 homicides. 4 victims were under 18, 1 of which was a baby who was a victim of neglect.

This year we are sitting at 37, 3 under 18. That's a 21% decrease in homicides

(Someone double-check, I counted it manually)

I've seen it referred to as the "percentage of juvenile homicides" which may mean 3/36 total. Which is still not a useful stat lol
