A little bit of a self brag. I use the Luck rules from Tales of the Valiant for all my tabletop games.
I designed and printed some Luck tokens. They came out pretty good if I say so myself (which I do :) )
Ran my first in-person game since the summer, and I forgot how much I missed it. (Also forgot how much I “hit the wall” shortly after the game is over)
I'm still not ready to post anything about my views or thoughts on our country's state.
I'll only say that when someone says something which offends you, be mindful about your response. A strong reaction can put them on the defensive and cause them to double down.

I'll also call out that for those GMs who run games with a wide variety of creatures/antagonists, a simple pack of plastic card stands goes a long way. I picked up a pack of 100 from Amazon a few years back, and they're great for conserving space when you're travelling to cons.

In my experience, GMs who 'swear' by one method are doing their players a disservice. Yes, setting up a map for a quick encounter is just a waste of time. But I've sat at tables where a player is getting visibly frustrated because they want to place an AoE effect or wall and TotM works against them
