I'm pretty sure we could use the tattoo options to add freckles and moles, to the body at least. I think I saw a forehead tattoo also, so maybe some areas of the face can also be painted
If done right, painting Sims has infinite potential for making occults. If it allows mirroring and painting almost/all the body, people could design alien and mermaid skins the way they do with pets rn. We could freehand scars, birthmarks, vitiligo, maybe even body blushing....
