I just finished my 100 hours project and wanted to share it with the 100Devs community.

DevLeads (devleads.site) is a complete, self-hosted lead management system I built specifically for freelance web developers. It handles everything from initial contact to final payment.(cont.)

I Broke Up With My Infinite To-Do List I turned my messy notes app into an organized system using Trello and agile principles. Here’s how managing life like a dev team changed everything.

broke up with my infinite to-do list this week & started running my life like a dev team instead
kanban board? ✅
weekly sprints? ✅
color-coded priorities? ✅
my brain feeling less cluttered? ✅✅✅

Phew it's been forever since I came on here! I've been revamping the way I organize my life (blog post to come) and it got me wondering about other people's systems. How do you organize your life? How do you get done everything you need to get done? Do you have a system? Does your system work?

I posted about an app I'm working on in Reddit and got 200+ comments. I wanted to analyze them qualitatively & quantitatively. So today I built a Reddit comment extractor! It pulls comments and writes them to Google Sheets for analysis. Next steps: tagging & qualitative insights!

Finally getting back into my daily coding challenges! Today I started the Neetcode 150 since Leon said if you are very comfortable w/6kyu codewars you should move on to leetcode. It's already helping me get more comfy with DSA & points me in the right direction for what to research as I learn

I'm trying to start a nightly routine to go to sleep earlier & be more restful. Been trying out an acupressure mat at night before I sleep. It's painful at first when I peel myself off of it, but then there's this warmth/calmness that comes. Have any of y'all tried one? What's your nightly routine?

Met with a new friend today at a coffee shop I've never been to before! Had a delicious iced vanilla chai latte and a brookie. It was so nice connecting with a fellow trans guy, especially in my area where the LGBTQ+ community tends to be more hidden. Then I took a long walk by the water :)

I’m starting the North Jersey Tech Collective, a new community for anyone in the area who is into tech. No gatekeeping, just connection & learning. Inspired by my Oma, who believed everyone has tools worth sharing. DM if you want in or want to help! #NJTech #TechMeetup #SussexCounty
