I can’t even begin to tell you how many ceasefires I’ve been through. Having survived over 9 years of civil war in Lebanon back in the late 70s through early 80s and able to get out, all I can say that ceasefires are not what you all think or believe. It’s never about ending the war or ‘conflict’.
