Suggestion. May be doing this already. Use food that is different from whatever you used to trap them. They may associate the same food as a danger. If you used canned cat use only dry or soft chunks or cooked chicken , tuna. Also, mix a little water in the food so if they do eat they get water

The general rule is healthy adult cats can survive up to 1–2 weeks without food (if they have water) but only 2–3 days without water. Water is so important. If they also aren't drinking I'd consult a vet. They can administer fluids if needed. Good luck. Stay strong.

Have a friend who is an experienced cat lady. Just lost her cat to cancer. Met Cookie & fell in love. He is at the point where he can be intro'd to my cats but the ideal situation for him will be an only cat home with someone like our friend. Want the best for him. Yes. He may be moving to Canada

We're looking in to flying. We have a good friend/pilot who has transported rescue pets for us. The drive isn't awful. About 3 hours & thinking about medicating to make it easier for him. Will end up doing whatever is best for Cookie. Nothing definite yet. Thx for caring & asking about him 🩷

#Caturday Cookie update. Doing great. Got a little brushing today & is starting to realize ear scritches are pretty amazing. Working towards his possible move to Canada. We're giving him some time to settle after his surgery. His new mum has some stuff to do to get his new home ready. More soon 🩷
