Sasha came to the U.S. over 10yrs ago, runs his own business, has no criminal record, and has shown up to every required asylum hearing. He is also the sole provider for Ira and Alisa, Ukrainian war refugees.

ICE took him & is trying to deport him.

Ira and Alisa were refugees sponsored and hosted by a Mpls family for 2 years. Alisa attended Minneapolis Public Schools.

Sasha's last hearing was early Jan '26. They approved his continuing stay and set a new follow up date for 2029; ICE moved it to 3/31/26.
