Assuming you are not simply hostile to the Bernie wing of the Party your skepticism is perfectly commendable, and rational. But skepticism must come with investigation and evidence gathering. If you can’t support him that’s fine! But he isn’t a Nazi.

I know. He was basically security at an embassy. My own instincts tell me, especially that he left and spoke about how he was disgusted with the experience that he was not some psychopath who can never be trusted but I understand the people who can’t bring themselves to change their mind.

BlueSky people need to realize they live in a bubble. I understand if leftists can’t support Platner, for working with Blackwater as it’s a principled anti-imperialist stance but it’s clear Platner is sincere in his pro-worker, anti-bigotry stances. He’s no Nazi. jacobin.com/2025/10/plat...

It’s a fair concern to have but Fetterman never had a history of sincere left wing pro-working class, anti-bigotry comments online that he thought were anonymous. We must be vigilant but he seems different.
