The country is going to shit. But nature still inspires. Lilac’s are my favorite springtime flowers. I transplanted these from my aunts house over 20 years ago.

Last night The Kennedy Center gave the Mark Twain award to Conan O’Brien. Who seems to be a very stand up guy (see what I did there). Not only did he and the show provide a living for those of us who work there he went out of his way to make sure that was noted. Thank you kind sir.

Don’t come see some propaganda bullshit (that I fear is coming), but if there is something you want to perform or see COME. Come and speak out. Staying home does absolutely nothing.

I’m wrong it accomplishes me and 100’s of co workers losing our jobs at a place that needs to survive this.

They have signed contacts for the end of the year and beyond. Come. Come and speak out. Let them tell you not to come to prove their censorship. Let them make you stay off the stage. They won’t most likely. No one wants to do the day to day work to keep the place running.

People celebrating artists cancelling at the Kennedy Center is not the greatest.

He (djt) has never seen a show here. And while I understand not wanting to support him, cancelling your gig does nothing to him. He doesn’t care if the center loses money.
