Of all the things I don’t understand, and there are many, I don’t understand why I walked into this room the most

Or a cozy woodland cabin during the worst blizzard the area has seen in decades. I also need a charcuterie board and some wine to balance the pastries and tea, and I need at least one furry creature to accompany me.

Don’t buy stuff on February 28. Money’s the only thing these dicks understand.

Stopped using Chrome a while back after I got a bunch of spam emails based on a specific search I made on only in Chrome. Switched to Firefox for personal use, but now my work computer has Edge set as default and that can only be changed by an admin, ie: IT. 😞

Soccer stadium, large fabric flag of Mae Borowski from Night In The Woods, holding an axe and wearing team colors. There is text in the Night In The Woods title font on the right and left. It reads "From Stonewall a brick and Portland an Axe, Respect our pride or expect our wrath." It's cool

I don't think I need to clarify my stance on the topic but these soccer folks summed it up

Is this not the graphic that’s been going around showing how people met their significant others?

Not perimenopausal YET but 3 weeks postpartum and well-medicated in order to function. Am I happy? Or did I remember my meds today? Who knows, but I’m not sobbing so we’re making progress! 🤣

“Activities” in general are optional. Be present, allow them to play with whatever items they want (that are safe) and see what their minds create, and include them in the tasks you would normally do without them (cooking, self care, etc.). Kids want someone PRESENT, not necessarily someone “fun”.

In Iowa it’s currently 16 and feels like 10. I hate it here. (Legitimately, I hate the weather here probably 344 days of the year)

That’s just day 8. Days 9-12, you get 8 more each day so you end up with 40 maids and 40 cows. You’ve started a dairy.

If you’ve received 78 birds, that means it was the last day and you already had 106 of them from the previous 11 days. Thankfully, it’s over now, you can stop living in fear.

Are you trying to get me to follow you? Because this is how you get me to follow you. You could have named any single one of those items and I would have caved.

Currently marked safe from hearing that sad ass “mommy needs shoes to meet Jesus” song this holiday season.

Want to hear something truly hilarious? In 2019, American cancer patients paid approximately $16.22 billion out-of-pocket for cancer treatment. Meanwhile, UnitedHealthcare reported about $33 billion in profits last year. This means that ONE insurance company alone could cover every American's cancer treatment and still walk away with 17 billion dollars in profit.

We’re cancelling the guilty part of guilty pleasures. Wanna read romance books and drink cheap wine? Valid. Watch the trashiest reality show and scroll through Amazon? I support this. Listen to the same early 2000s pop song a thousand times in a row? Why stop there? Find that joy and SQUEEZE.

Art class should never stop being a thing. Like if right after lunch we all got to go down to the basement for an hour, throw on a smock, and make collages out of old magazines while somebody's eccentric, slightly witchy aunt tells us how great we're doing, I feel like we'd all be in a better place.
