The actual number is presumably higher (the ACS reflects a rolling sample over 5 years and this is a ’hard-to-reach’ population), but also consider that the allegedly explosive growth of Springfield is in fact negative, now 58,410 total (down from 58,645 last year) data.census.gov/table/ACSDP5...

Checking back on last Sept.’s brief moral panic, the Census Bureau today issued new 2019-23 ACS data; they continue to find little evidence of a large influx of Haitian residents in Springfield, OH, finding 507 people reporting Haitian ancestry (up from 402 last year) data.census.gov/table/ACSDT5...
