It’s always advisable to listen to Rebecca (don’t let the smile fool you, she’s terrifying) but particularly in this case.
Go listen to COLD COMFORTS over at Grimdark’s YouTube.
(I mean, if you’d like.)
Don't know what the attraction is for Al slop when you have amazing shots of the Artemis mission like this...

A shower with an option for "heater" and for temperature. All pretty standard. However, there is also an option for "eels."
My shower in Malaysia has an option I don't really want to try

I asked A.I. to complete my novel using my own writing style and it went hog-wild on metaphors, bought itself an indecorous amount of peanut butter cups and Irn Bru and fell asleep face down on its own keyboard.

I think a 20 minute session of doing an expressionist painting of Bert was the break down I needed to have today.

Done my drawing. It’s a haunted fairy castle sunk half in the sea. It’s from a story I’m writing about a cat.
I've seen people trying to defend it today by saying "No, no, I just use it to brainstorm, bounce ideas, I do the actual writing" and with all the kindness in the world I need to tell you: if there is a stage of writing you are not good at, you need to get good, not use the plagiarism machine.
I keep seeing "all authors use AI, the real issue is they're being forced to be sneaky about it" headlines.
Full stop No. This is a lie peddled for normalization. It's schoolyard-level pressure tactics "C'mon, all the cool kids are already doing it. We won't tell. It's fine. We're on your side."
