I was delighted to meet @urbanismspeakeasy.com this morning. We've followed each other on social media for a while. He is the Director of Richmond's new Department of Transportation!

More Richmond Pulse BRT action! The sections that are center running are very nice. Full level boarding, the system is currently fare free and they've started to put articulated buses in service to handle crowding.

It's a great little urban oasis.
