The DPA certainly wasn’t prepared when Democrats became the minority party here in Arkansas back in 2012. And some missteps by later leaders left the party in a ditch. Thanks to Grant Tennille and others, it’s in much better shape. Still needs help. (2/2)

I agree last night’s success shouldn’t be taken as a sign of what will happen here (or anywhere) in 2026, but it’s definitely an indictment of this administration and the Republican brand at the moment.

As for the DPA, they do what they can with the resources they have.

Voters upset with both parties broke toward Democrats—meaning the party still has a lot of work to do to keep them.
