Oh aye, it's a good time for horror folk. Hearing He's got Resident Evil and an Aunt Gladys prequel doesn't have me as amped as if He'd be doing other weird li'l horrors but I'll take what I can get.

If I'd heard Eggers was going to be working on a Resident Evil adaptation I'd be intrigued but cautious too .

I'd love for Him to keep dropping these weird suburban horror joints but I can't hate Him for taking bigger projects after this.

This is the thing for me, I'd luckily swerved any plot or themes spoilers as I switched the trailer off halfway. I'd obviously heard about Amy Madigan leaving no scenery unchewed with all the plaudits so I felt like I was treading water, waiting for Her to lay waste.

Fair. Had You heard owt about Barbarian before watching it?

Yeeeeah Barbarian had next to no hype when I saw it so even though it's rougher around the edges than Weapons I probably enjoyed it a wee bit more personally.

I really enjoyed it. Wish I'd seen it before it'd been so hyped up but that's on me, not the film. I was worried Cregger was forgetting about the schlockier stuff and he'd pull something grisly as all hell out of the bag.
