I learned LONG go to not use too much. The single serving ramen comes with a packet of hot sauce and it's WAY too much. I can't believe people make videos eating it and say it's NOT hot.

I have sliced swiss or baby swiss for sandwiches. American/cheddar for burgers and I buy various shredded cheese depending on my mood. Now I have shredded monterey jack but it's often colby jack or shredded swiss/gruyere. All live happily in the crisper drawer.
