Alzheimer’s disease features amyloid-beta (Abeta) plaques, ApoE-driven amyloid buildup, and Caveolin1-modulated APP processing. IBA1 marks activated microglia clustering near plaques, fueling immune and inflammatory responses that accelerate neurodegeneration.
