This morning's passcode worked on yesterday's file. FFS. They used the first 5 characters of my postal code after telling it would be 19025.

They ask for a callback number but only the first person actually called me back after the call dropped.

So, I call this morning first thing to get this done. The person starts to go through the same confusion about zip codes and postal codes. Gives me the code that will be on the PDF.

She tells me the email has been sent, we disconnect the call, and almost instantly I see the email. Except... ya, the passcode doesn't work with the zip code she provided.

FFS.

I call back. On hold for another 10 minutes then call drops. Call back again, another 9 minutes. Call drops again.

I'm on and off hold with her for 5 more minutes when the call drops. FFS. You've got to be kidding me.

Thankfully, she calls back. Another 12 min. call.

"The zip code will be XXXXX". A random number that is neither my postal code nor my relative's actual zip. WTF.
