When ICE agents tear apart our communities, we take to the streets. When the Trump administration tries to silence dissent, we just get louder.

Airports aren’t a testing ground for a police state.
Deploying ICE agents — without proper training and with a record of abuse — puts travelers at risk and threatens our rights.

BREAKING: We just filed an amicus brief challenging a new Arkansas law that would require all people to verify their ages with a photo ID or biometric data in order to use social media.
This law threatens our rights to free speech and privacy.
The Senate votes tomorrow on giving ICE a blank check to continue its abusive and unconstitutional actions.
ICE already has massive funding — and a long record of abuse. No more taxpayer dollars for cruelty.

Federal agents have killed three people in less than three weeks. This isn’t an accident — it’s the result of unchecked ICE violence.

Rose Bud tried to stop direct democracy — ACLU-AR said nope. Regnat populus, Arkansas.
Law professors signing amicus briefs is normal. Politicians punishing them for it is not.
No more lives should be needlessly lost at the hands of police.
Trans youth like Becky Pepper-Jackson deserve the right to participate in school sports without facing discrimination.
Tuesday, we'll be at the Supreme Court defending Becky and other trans kids' right to play.
The ongoing expansion of these tactics raises serious concerns about our rights to be free from unreasonable searches. We should all be paying attention.
Mass surveillance without transparency is not public safety. Arkansans deserve real safeguards, clear limits, and accountability when powerful tracking technologies are used — not systems that quietly log our lives and share our data far beyond our communities. arktimes.com/arkansas-blo...
Eat ice cream and defend civil liberties? Win/win!

When officials sent Gregory Holt (Abdul Maalik Muhammad) 1,000 miles away in retaliation for his civil rights work, we sued — and after a two-day trial, the state agreed to bring him home.
The message is clear: incarcerated people still have constitutional rights.

No troops in our streets.
(1/6) Arkansas’s ban on gender-affirming care for trans youth is imminent after a recent court ruling.
🧵 Here’s what you need to know:
Heartbroken for trans youth and their families today. Courts should be protecting kids — not taking away the care they need to survive. We’ll keep fighting, alongside them, every step of the way. #arpx #arleg #arnews
Arkansas' law requiring the Ten Commandments in public schools is unconstitutional — and a federal court agrees.
We sent a letter to all superintendents in Arkansas warning them not to display the Ten Commandments in schools after a federal judge this week ruled that a state law requiring the displays is “obviously unconstitutional.”
Every school district has an obligation to abide by the First Amendment.
New: We sent letters to Arkansas superintendents warning the Ten Commandments law is unconstitutional. The injunction covers four districts, but all schools must uphold students' constitutional rights.
