THIS. If you want teenagers to spend less time on social media, give them back their RL third spaces!

They also have to make things affordable again. These third spaces existed when we were kids cause we could afford to buy a video game, or a CD, or a t-shirt while we were out. Now a tee might run you 30 bucks by itself. Yuck.
