To be honest, definitely painful. Probably a 7.5-8/10. Mostly because mine are sensitive.

When they pierce it, it’s pretty slow so they get the angle correctly, and then they thread the jewelry back as the needle comes out. So you definitely feel like you’re getting pierced twice per side 😅
