I have really enjoyed Jordan Castillo Price’s other collections (Mnevermind and Psycop) so I knew that this would be a series that is right up my alley, which is why I asked my fiancé to buy all three volumes of the ABC's of Spellcraft for me for Christmas last year (My TBR is long, leave me alone!)

Skeleton Crew by Jordan Castillo Price
Book Description: Although Victor Bayne is a valued asset of the FPMP, he still vividly recalls his PsyCop days: the eye rolls, the nasty looks, and the occasional utterance of the words “Spook Squad” whenever he showed up on a scene. So he really should…
Two men on opposite sides of the law: will they be able to set aside their differences and trust love?
Overall I really enjoyed this story, and I saw in one of Elle's newsletters (Sign up for Author's Newsletter's people!) that she was offering a copy of this ebook for free, so I may have to get the ebook version to see if any of my thoughts change reading it to myself.
Louisa Master’s is a master at her craft. I found this story riveting and the narration by Nick J, Russo was spectacular as always!
Subtle Bodies by Jordan Castillo Price
Book Description: “It’s probably nothing….” Usually, when Victor Bayne is called upon to investigate a ghostly apparition, the “haunting” can be chalked up to a perfectly mundane cause. When he’s sent to check out some suspicious phenomena in small-town…
Ken & Bobby by J D. Wilde
Book description: True love and happy endings only happen in fairy tales... right? Bobby Vanderpool is a young millionaire, a popular model, and a closeted gay heir to his conservative family's legacy. He has everything he could possibly want except for a storybook…
I read this book during my Uni holidays and boy was it a ride. I wish this I had access to more of these books when I was a lot younger, they would have made my life so much easier growing up.

The Starving Years - Jordan Castillo Price
This book, wow. I’m not sure how I feel about it to be honest. So let’s break it down into what I did like, and what didn’t sit so well with me.
I totally understand that, which is why I still buy from them. I always try to find other avenues first. I don’t know what kind of cut Amazon takes, but I’d rather be lining the authors pocket rather than theirs
I LOVED IT, it added so much to the book and I referred to it a lot while reading!
I try to buy my books directly from the author most of the time (my local has said no to special orders because it’s too cost intensive for just a few books at a time) Amazon is my last choice
The Magpie Lord - K.J. Charles
This is an excellent M/M Victorian era, gothic fantasy and I’m rather annoyed at myself for leaving it on my TBR for such a long time.
Unlocking Melodies by Greyson Vale
This is a multifaceted, slow burn, romantic story about second chances. The main storyline was both heart breaking and healing in the way it dealt with fractured relationships and then repairing them.
Cloaked in Shadow – Ben Alderson
Zacriah is special, he is able to do what no one else can do, but with his parents advice he hides his special abilities. That is until he, and the other elfin his age, accept an invitation to King Dalior’s feast in honour of his son Prince Hadrian. After the…

This is a wonderfully, I want to say cozy, story about a guy who’s unfortunate luck in his dating life has left him clutching at straws to find someone to love, so he summons a demon to try and help him, much to the dismay of his best friend.
Kidnapped by the Gentleman – Drake LaMarque

Eternal Thorns – Ken Sanchez
ARC Read I was provided an ARC of this book by Ken Sanchez for review, all thoughts and feelings are my own. Silas Ashworth is the heir apparent to a noble family, but being a noble isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, especially if you have a sense of justice. After…
Mr Romance by Louisa Masters, Narrated by Greg Boudreaux
This story had me cackling with how ridiculous some of the situations were that Charlie found himself in and left me wanting more from Louisa

Let me tell you, at just under 3 hours long, this story had me in tears over and over and over again as I was taken through an emotional rollercoaster. Nick J. Russo’s narration is excellent, and he really gets you into the emotion of the story being told by Riley Hart

Dad Magic by @bjtwiggwriter.bsky.social
Holy Crap what a book! My first thoughts while reading this were “This would be a totally epic Dungeons and Dragons campaign” And I couldn’t shake that epic story feeling as I continued to read

Big Difference by Ana Ashley, Narrated by Alexander Cendese
I really enjoyed hearing how this story unfolded and I was ever so grateful for a little bit of big boy representation! I am pleased to say that I have added Ana Ashley to my “To Be Bought” list, which seems to be forever growing
Hay by Lucy Lennox, Narrated by Michael Dean
I managed to obtain this audiobook from a BookFunnel promotion and it was a fantastic introduction to the Made Marian series by Lucy Lennox. I will be purchasing more of her work for sure! The promotion did its job!
I never realised just how much I love romance! I’ve never cried so much as when I have been listening to/reading some of the stories I have read recently. Apparently I’m a bit sappy
