Its not mandatory that any team pay to participate. We will always be developer first and support as much as we can, but we also believe in paying the women and allies making WLG happen. So there's a balance there. If that makes sense.
There are questions in the form that narrow down if a team has the financial availability to support. We don't ever want to take from small teams that don't have funding, that's the opposite of why we started WLG. But we would like to know if larger teams are interested in helping out where they can
