He's included in "the sea".

30 years later does James identify more with the old man or the sea?
I actually remember Marc Weiner appearing on stand up comedy shows prior to this and for years afterwards I thought he left show biz to get into politics in New York. Turned out that was actually the infamous Anthony Weiner.
I only have three and haven't been looking to buy any more of them, if that helps.
No that was about the British pop star who was in that one music video where he ripped his own skin off.
“Many Albertans just aren’t comfortable with the current times,” a UCP spokeswoman said. “The stately pace of decades past is a better fit for our province.”
The spokeswoman was then replaced with a spokesman so that she could return to her proper role as a homemaker.
In our most recent episode of @cinemashame.bsky.social, @jamesdavidpatrick.bsky.social and I concluded that--beyond her genius--what makes May standout is how in something like A NEW LEAF, she'll play into the trope of "gorgeous woman who is 'homely' cuz glasses" and never take off the glasses.
The discourse about the MICHAEL movie (which I will never see) has me really wishing that famous unproduced screenplay about Bubbles got made instead.
Happy birthday @jaybeans.bsky.social!
For me the most amazing thing about it is how Francesca gave us Christina Hendricks 8 years before she was born.
I have this pin!
And at around 1:30 you'll find a clip from the moment in Valerie Bertinelli's SIDNEY that I referenced in this week's episode. A random listener messaged me on FB to ask what it was and then somehow found this video. First time I've seen it since it aired.
This is the "Sculpa" stunt I talk about with @houseofglib.bsky.social on this week's TV Guidance Counselor. Dude LIVED
The only reason I ever go there is because I want to understand how the stupidest people in the world are reacting to world events. It makes the smart people in my bubble seem that much smarter.
Work day coming to an end and need something to listen to during your commute? Well, here's 2.5 hours of @kennethwreid.bsky.social and me talking about TV shows from the 90s, including one flop that could have totally changed Jennifer Aniston's career if it has succeeded.
I went to check this out and it's definitely a Twitter argument insofar that the people disagreeing with Mary are just as dumb as she is.
Totally. I voted for Count Chocula.
TL;DR: The people most likely to always be late to the airport and think that's a virtue and not a character flaw are all TERFS.
Blocklists doing what is right and good.
So, I had to use the Cinema Shame account to find the Stancil post because he's in some blocklist I subscribe to. I decided to block some of the more egregious assholes agreeing with him and move to this account and every single one of them was already blocked by a list for anti-trans reasons.
The only takeaway from the "it's okay to miss flights" discourse is that there are people out there who you never ever want to travel with.
THOU SHALT NOT REPEAT IN THE REPLIES THE SAME QUOTE WE'VE ALL SEEN 1000 TIMES AS IF THOU WERE THE FIRST PERSON TO EVER THINK OF IT OR SUGGEST IT.
I've never known enough about Stancil to have strong feelings about him either way, but reading his takes on this (and the dummies agreeing with him) has fully confirmed he's earned full dipshit status.
Ahhhh, so now we know why he has never made an issue of Alito and Thomas's obvious corruption violations. Didn't want anyone to notice his own.
Those were the two I'd heard of. 😂
They're all artists who people don't realize were also huge science nerds?
Does it have something to do with the Rapture?
I used to write for a website called xoJane and it became the habit of the staff and commenters to always refer to me as "Allan Mott". When I told them they could just call me Allan, the response I got was, "No, we can't do that Allan Mott."
