Strikes me, now we have wording of the CJEU, that each EU state [& N Ireland] LGBTQ community should launches pro bono legal proceedings to have full equal rights with cis straight ppl, now that that right is spelled out. Majority of EU states are not going to do it, until the courts force them.

If you read Jakub’s thread, it’s quite technical. However, he makes the point I have made, regularly, that Magyar of Hungary is no ally to the LGBTQ community. It’s critical the Commission forces them to follow ALL EU rules. The EPP Pres Van Der Leyen is not a LGBTQ ally despite her rhetoric.
