Thanks for the memories and inspiration #ICED2025 !

On a huge personal note: I got to present on my first ICED panel (!!) alongside some of my nosology heroes. Truly surreal and deeply inspiring.

Also got to share some findings from my MA thesis project - grateful for the opportunity and the conversations this sparked.

EDs are devastating illnesses. But thanks to persistent research efforts, we *are* making progress - real, meaningful progress - and that gives me so much hope.

That’s a wrap on #ICED2025!

I’ll be honest, the state of science has felt heavy this year. But being surrounded by brilliant, compassionate researchers and clinicians reminded me of why we keep going.
