Yeah they were confirmed I thought

It almost hurts nowadays to care about teaching and therefore spend more time crafting engaging activities, checking in with students, and overall nurturing a learning environment.

And what I mean by this is I miss when educators were incentivized to invest into their teaching.

Now, teachers/instructors/professors are expected to focus on other duties and responsibilities whether it be data, research, etc as opposed to prioritizing improving their instruction.

I miss teaching mattered.
