Mr.Sujon, 32 years male with history of road traffic accident diagnosed as a case of pelvic fracture urethral injury (PFUI). Immediately SPC catherization was done. After 5 months today we done anastomotic urethroplasty. Hopefully patient will be get well soon.

D-j stent in left kidney: A protective measure after kidney stone surgery.
Bladder tumor most commonly found as transitional cell carcinoma. A very aggresive tumor but can be treated completely if found in superficial stage. If it invade the muscle layer , then its very difficut to remove. Then removing the entile bladder with creation of a new bladder or bypass is dine.

43 years old male, came with features of appendicitis. Though appendicitis is uncommon at this stage, but investigation revealed (x ray KUB) a large fecolith and we successfully done the operation and found a large stone (Fecolith).
45 years old lady, diagnosed as a case of carcinoma cervix at an inoperable stage. 21 cycles of radiotherapy was given. Then she developed bilateral moderate hydronephrosis. With the help of patient’s luck and our technical team, finally i was able to do bilateral placement of D-j stent.
